Tom Dulaney - 1969 AMX
Encinitas, CA
Here is some history and a little about who I am. I have owned AMX's since the mid 80's. For my personal cars I have a stock 69 AMX 390 Hurst 4-spd, A/C original California black license plate car that is in the paint shop being brought back to it's original Regatta Blue with white stripes. I also have a 1970 Javelin and a 1973 Gremlin that originally was a 304 but is now getting a 390 and new paint.
I produce motorsports segments for a television show here in San Diego called Planet X that is seen on Cox 4 and also in Orange County on Cox 3. I am also developing a web site where people will be able to subscribe and watch motorsports video streaming. I also own the domain www.amx390.com and has streaming video of the AMO 2004 National Meet for you to view as well.
I grew up in Northern Illinois and still have family there so I go back for the AMO National every few years when it is in Kenosha. The last National meet was huge and I have shared my video footage with a guy who made a DVD about the show that I will be using on Planet X television. I attended the AMO National in Huston Texas a couple of years ago and put together this site, http://members.cox.net/amx390.
Mark Melvin stopped by my pad after a local
San Diego area car show to see my fleet of AMC's.
My 1969 AMX is getting close to being finished.
My 1970 Javelin waiting for its motor to be put back in.
